Mark is a 1993 graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Law where he served as Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. He has worked as an Appellate Court Attorney for the Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department in Rochester, NY, where he worked closely with Appellate Division Judges as legal counsel as they decided appeals.
